Breathing Techniques - Evidence-Based Applications for Sport, Therapy, and Daily Life
Led by a team of researchers and practitioners with expertise in performance psychology and psychophysiology, the course blends scientific foundations with hands-on application. From well-established methods like slow-paced breathing to less researched techniques such as the physiological sigh or alternate-nostril breathing, the course provides participants with the tools to understand, apply, and adapt breathing strategies to their individual context.
Format: Theory + practice, small group work, guided self-application
+++This training programme is held in English. +++
